A consumer may have a 14-day withdrawal right for an eligible distance contract under Romanian and EU consumer law. Exceptions can apply depending on the service, when performance begins, and whether it has been fully performed.

Submitting a free trip request does not by itself waive a withdrawal right. If you purchase a planning service and ask us to begin during a statutory withdrawal period, any required consent and explanation of its effect must be presented separately before payment.
