We offer consulting to identify the best flight and accommodation offers and purchase them on your behalf.
4. Offering and Booking Process
Offers are informative and depend strictly on the real-time availability of suppliers. Booking is confirmed only after full payment.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
Prices include all known mandatory taxes. Payments are made via bank transfer or online securely.
6. Changes, Cancellations and Force Majeure
Any modification or cancellation is strictly subject to the suppliers' policies (airlines, hotels). Non-refundable rates do not allow refunds.
7. Traveler's Obligations
The traveler is responsible for providing correct data (exact name from ID) and complying with check-in times and supplier rules.
8. Travel Documents
It is the exclusive responsibility of the traveler to hold valid documents (passport, visa). DollarTrips is not liable for boarding refusal.
9. Limitation of Liability
DollarTrips is not liable for flight delays, lost luggage, boarding denial, or unilateral cancellations by suppliers.
10. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing medical and trip cancellation insurance.
11. Complaints
Any issues on-site must be reported immediately to the hotel/airline representatives. We will assist you during the trip.
