Legal Operating Framework
In accordance with Government Ordinance No. 58/1998 regarding the organization and conduct of tourism activities in Romania and Government Decision No. 1267/2010 regarding the issuance of classification certificates and tourism licenses, DollarTrips operates as an intermediary travel agency.
The intermediary agency has the legal right to sell, recommend, and intermediate travel service packages and individual tourist services (flight tickets, hotel accommodation, transfers) created by authorized suppliers and organizing agencies.
